These are the terms that apply when you book a cab with us — for a one-way drop, a multi-day Coorg package, or a Tempo Traveller for a group. Written in plain language, because nobody actually enjoys reading legal pages before a holiday.
Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made through this website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. A 20% advance payment confirms your vehicle and driver for the requested date — this can be paid via UPI, bank transfer, or a payment link. The remaining balance is paid directly to the driver during the trip (in parts if you'd like). Once the advance is received, you'll get confirmation details — driver name, vehicle number, and contact — via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Cancellation Policy
The 20% advance is non-refundable on cancellation, regardless of when you cancel — this is standard practice since the vehicle is reserved for your date and turned away from other bookings. That said, if your plans change, we'd much rather reschedule your booking to a new date at no extra cost, subject to availability — most customers go this route instead of cancelling outright. Changes to Booking
Need to change your pickup time, location, or vehicle type? Call us — most changes are free and don't affect your advance, as long as the new slot is available. Changes requested very close to pickup time (within a couple of hours) may not always be possible, simply because the driver may already be en route.
Pickup and Drop-Off Locations
Our driver will be at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time — for airport and railway station pickups, the driver typically arrives a bit early and waits at the exit gate. Please try to be ready close to the scheduled time. If you're running late, a quick call helps the driver adjust rather than wait around guessing. Extended waits beyond what's reasonable may attract a waiting charge, communicated to you directly rather than added silently.
Passenger Conduct
Standard courtesy applies — to the driver and to other passengers if you're sharing a larger vehicle. Abusive or unsafe behaviour towards the driver can result in the trip being ended early, without a refund of the remaining amount. In 18+ years, this has been rare, and we'd like to keep it that way.
Luggage Policy
Normal luggage for the vehicle size you've booked is fine — a Hatchback comfortably takes 2-3 medium bags, an Innova takes more, and so on. If you're carrying something unusual (large boxes, sports equipment, extra bags for a group), mention it when booking so we can suggest the right vehicle. We're careful with your belongings, but please don't leave valuables unattended in the vehicle during stops.
Liability and Force Majeure
We aim for a safe, on-time trip every time, but we're not liable for delays caused by things outside anyone's control — landslides during monsoon, road closures, strikes, or similar events. If something like this comes up mid-trip, we'll work with you on the best alternative (different route, adjusted timing) rather than just leaving things as they are. Privacy
Your booking details are used only to run your trip — assign a driver, send confirmations, handle support queries. We don't sell or share your information beyond what's operationally needed. Full details are in our privacy policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes (if any) subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mysore.
