2. Payment Information: For the 20% advance (UPI, bank transfer, or card via payment link), the payment goes through standard payment gateways. We don't store your card details on our servers — that's handled by the payment processor.
3. Website Data: Like most websites, basic technical info (browser type, approximate location, pages visited) is collected automatically to understand how people use the site and fix anything that's broken.

How We Use Your Information

• Booking and Confirmations: To process your booking and send confirmation details (driver name, vehicle number, contact) via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• Customer Support: If you call or message us with a query, we use your booking details to find your trip quickly and help.
• Payment Processing: To confirm advance payments and issue refunds where applicable (see our cancellation and refund policy).
• Occasional Updates: If you've booked with us before, we may occasionally let you know about new routes or seasonal offers. You can tell us to stop anytime — just say so on a call or message.
• Website Improvements: Aggregate, anonymous data helps us understand which routes and packages people search for most, so we can keep those pages updated.

How We Protect Your Information

Your booking and contact details are kept on systems accessible only to our booking team — not shared widely or left in spreadsheets anyone can open. Payment details are never stored by us directly; that's handled by the payment gateway, which is the standard, secure way this works.

Sharing Your Information

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. The only sharing that happens is operational — for example, your pickup details go to the assigned driver (that's how they know where to find you), and payment info goes to the payment processor to complete a transaction. That's it.
