2. Responsibility of Users: Please double-check your booking details — pickup point, date, time, vehicle type, and contact number — when you book. A wrong phone number or pickup address is the most common reason for delays, and it's much easier to fix before the driver is on the way than after.
3. Third-Party Services: Some pages mention hotels, homestays, or attractions in Coorg (Abbey Falls, Dubare Camp, Namdroling Monastery, etc.) for trip planning. We don't manage bookings for these places and aren't responsible for their pricing, availability, or entry policies — check directly with them, especially during peak season (Oct-Mar) when popular spots fill up fast.

Limitations of Liability: We're not liable for delays or disruptions caused by things outside our control — road closures, landslides during monsoon, weather-related ghat road restrictions, strikes, or similar events. Good to Know — Seasonal & Route Notes

A few things worth knowing if you're planning around Coorg specifically:

• During heavy monsoon (June-September), some ghat sections near Madikeri occasionally see temporary restrictions after landslides. We monitor this and reroute if needed — it rarely affects the main NH-275 corridor.
• Peak season (October-March, especially around Dussehra and New Year) sees higher demand across all Mysore-Coorg operators. Booking a day or two in advance during this period helps lock in your preferred vehicle.
• Entry fees, jeep charges (for spots like Mandalpatti), and camera fees at sightseeing locations are set by local authorities and change independently of us — these are listed as "not included" on each package page for this reason.
