Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Made 48 Hours Before Pickup
If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.Cancellations Made 24-48 Hours Before Pickup
For cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of Pickup
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.No-Show Policy
If you do not show up at the agreed pickup time and location, no refund will be provided.
Refund Policy
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation of the cancellation. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.Non-Refundable Services
Certain promotions, special offers, or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. This will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.Refund Method
All refunds will be processed to the payment method used at the time of booking. We do not provide refunds in cash.Force Majeure Events
If the service is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, governmental restrictions), we will issue a full refund, regardless of the cancellation time.
Modification of Services
In case you need to modify your booking (change of dates, vehicle, etc.), please contact us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Modifications are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
