Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting our customer service. Payment can be made through various methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, or online payment gateways. Your booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS once payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 24 hours before receiving a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Changes to Booking
You may modify your booking details (such as pickup time or location) up to 12 hours before your scheduled ride. Please contact our customer service for assistance with changes. Changes made within 12 hours may not be guaranteed.
Pickup and Drop-Off Locations
Our drivers will arrive at the specified pickup location at the agreed time. It is your responsibility to be on time for the pickup point. If you are not present at the scheduled time, we may charge a waiting fee or consider the booking a no-show.
Passenger Conduct
All passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the driver’s instructions. Any abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior towards the driver or other passengers will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the ride without a refund.
Luggage Policy
Passengers are allowed to bring luggage within reasonable limits. We recommend checking with us beforehand regarding any special requirements. Our company is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings during the ride.
Liability Disclaimer
Mysore to Coorg Cab Service strives to provide safe and reliable transportation. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, cancellations, or any other issues related to the service.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failing to perform our obligations under these terms if such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Privacy Policy

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysore.
